The BEDA Tourism Cluster project was designed to explore the benefits of design-thinking methodology in the tourism industry and to strengthen the capacity of BEDA members in this field, namely to support its members BEDA in the application of design thinking in the tourism industry or in assisting tourist SMEs to incorporate this methodology.
As part of the implementation of cluster activities, a survey was launched among members of the network, meetings with MEPs and DG Grow Unit Tourism, Emerging and Creative Industries, as well as other relevant bodies and networks.

The KEPA was the lead partner of the project and actively participated in coordinating the project in drafting the final technical report on the design tool in the tourism sector
