The 3rd Exchange of Experience of RegionArts project was held from 13th to 15th of March 2019 in Porto. The meeting, organised by Porto Design Factory (PDF), focused on ‘Understanding user’s needs’ and – more specifically – understanding the specificities of the final beneficiaries.
On the 1st day, PDF welcomed the participants and introduced them to RegionArts project and the specific Exchange of Experience meeting. Then, at Fraunhofer AICOS some case studies on understanding user’s needs’ tools and methods were presented and a study visit at the Living Lab COLLABORAR took place.
During the 2nd day, the project partners and their stakeholders attended an interactive learning workshop based on human-centred design approach followed by the presentation of two related case studies. In the afternoon, the participants had the opportunity to visit two cultural organisations: Casa da Musica and Fundacao Serralves.
The 3rd day was dedicated to the conduction of the Steering Committee meeting amongst the project partners, while – at the same time – the participating stakeholders were involved in networking.
