1st Peer-learning workshop, 30th-31st October 2019
The 1st Peer-learning of DestinationUX project took place at the premises of the Polish for Enterprise Development in Warsow, on the 30th and 31st of October 2019. This 2-days workshop aimed at exchanging expertise among the three partners (KEPA – Greece, PDR – UK & PARP – Poland), as regards to user friendly SME support programmes and the development of the tools and methodology that will be included in the Design Option Paper (DOP), which is the final project deliverable.
During the meeting, the partners had the opportunity to present the good practices implemented in each country on the support to SMEs based upon Design Thinking methodology, cases that will be exploited for the design of the pilot actions. They also defined the main tools that could be applied in the process, thus included in the final guide/DOP. The main outcomes of this meeting were the design of the DOP’s index and of the pilot actions, as well as the allocation of responsibilities and parts of the DOP to each partner.
The next stage of the project implementation concerns the elaboration of the information that will be included in the DOP and the initiation of the pilot actions’ implementation.
