
KEPA participates to the “EntryWay” Project and along with other five qualified partner organizations commit to share and upgrade their approaches, tools and services, in support to migrants’ economic inclusion, through self-employment and entrepreneurship. In particular, third-country nationals, of any non EU- nationality, legally residents in the provinces of Milan, Reggio Emilia, and Bari (Italy), Hamburg (Germany), Thessaloniki (Greece), Navarra (Spain), and Stockholm (Sweden), and willing to start their own business.
Under the Project, the target migrants learn and experiment their entrepreneurial talents, with the support of experienced trainers, business counselors and mentors.

The Projects foresees three main phases, each one preliminary to the other:
Phase 1: Identification, selection and orientation of the migrant would-be entrepreneurs;
Phase 2: Delivery of training, and of group and individual assistance, functional for the development and validation of the business plan;
Phase 3: On-the-job mentoring schemes provided by experienced entrepreneurs or business consultants.
In-country and cross-border cooperation between the Project partners and with other relevant institutions is also an important Project component, and it is aimed to exchange and upgrade the existing best practices on migrant entrepreneurship support.
The criteria for participating in the Project, beside a strong motivation, include the availability of formal or informal education, or of relevant professional background, the availability of an at least embryonic business idea (to be briefly described in the application form), an at least elementary / intermediate level of knowledge of the Greek language.
A previous entrepreneurial or professional experience in the country of origin is considered an asset.
