
Training cycle for Young Entrepreneurs of ENTRYWAY project
The last training Cycle for Young Entrepreneurs was hosted by the Athens Chamber of Commerce as part of the “ENTRYWAY” project, which was successfully implemented by KEPA from January 22 to 26, 2019, with the active support of the Integrated Counseling Network.
The thematic areas of the Program included the development of a sustainable business plan, methods and tools for market research and marketing planning, business promotion tactics and the development of an integrated economic plan. The participants had the opportunity to get acquainted with the concept of entrepreneurship, to elaborate their business idea using appropriate “tools” and methods such as the Business Model Canvas and Service Design, in order to capture by simple means, the steps they need to follow in order to structure their business plan and make their idea, act.
It is worth noting that, after evaluating their business maturity, 65% of participants will proceed to the next stage provided free of charge personalized advisory support mainly on procedural issues related to starting a business, creating a business plan , finance management, and funding methods. Additionally, those who will proceed to the final stage of the project will benefit from having a mentor who will support them in their first business steps.
